Abstract

The modular construction method has been getting more attention followed by global eco-friendly trend as the domestic construction industry has focused more on remodeling and extension work. 模块化施工方法在扩建工程中的应用效果分析
随着国内建筑行业将更多的精力放在改造和扩建工程上,模块化施工方式受到了全球环保潮流的关注。模块化施工方法是一种工业化施工系统,不像现有的施工方法那样,它在工厂生产70%以上的模块,然后在现场组装可以在短时间内完成。模块化施工方法具有多种优势;减少现场作业缩短工期,使用轻钢框架减轻重量压力,重复制造节约成本。但是,由于现有的商业化施工方法,目前没有进行扩建。因此,本研究旨在帮助相关部门决策选择施工方法,激励模块化施工方法的扩展,并在扩建工程中有效利用。本研究的目的是通过对实际案例的对比分析,强调与其他施工方法在工期、施工费用、劳动力等方面的区别,通过具体效果分析,了解模块化施工方法的竞争力,为国内行业采用模块化施工方法提供支持。
