An electromagnetic scattering measurement system was built in the microwave anechoic chamber to obetain the scattering data for civilian vehicles. The two dimensional radar image was learnt based on the frequency and aspect sweeping data obtained from measurement. The scattering centers of the radar image was extracted by the CLEAN algorithm. Then the vehicle motion model in typical road scene such as vehicle meeting and veheicle following was analysied. The dynamic evolution of scattering centers during the road scene was studied.
