The results show a relationship of dependency between the different mechanisms of innovation in organizations and the need to control this interaction. Abstract

Organizational innovation (hereinafter OI) involves the use of new organizational mechanisms for the internal functioning of the company in areas such as the organization of the workplace or in the company’s relationships with the outside world.
