Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze : 1) the effect of job descriptions on the commitment of the Police organization in Labuhanbatu District Police; 2) the effect of supervision on the commitment of the Police organization in Labuhanbatu District Police; 3) the influence of career development on the commitment of the Police organization in Labuhanbatu District Police; and 4) job description, supervision and career development towards the commitment of the Police organization in Labuhanbatu District Police. 工作描述、监督和职业发展对警察部门承诺的影响

本研究旨在确定和分析:1)职务描述对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织承诺的影响;2)监督对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织承诺的影响;3)职业发展对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织承诺的影响;4)对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织的职责描述、监督和职业发展。本研究样本共75人，采用分层随机抽样方法进行样本监测。结果表明:1)职务描述对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织的承诺有显著的正向影响;(2)监督对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织的承诺有正向显著影响;3)职业发展对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织的承诺有正向显著影响;4)同时工作描述、监督和职业发展对纳布汉巴图地区警察组织的承诺有显著的正向影响。警察组织承诺受工作描述、监督和职业发展的影响比例为64.7%，其余35.3%的组织承诺受研究变量之外的其他因素的影响。
