The influence of the social health of an elderly family on adaptation in modern society

Abstract

Взаимосвязь между социальным здоровьем пожилой семьи и ее адаптированностью в современном обществе определяют актуальность статьи. Цель научной работы заключается в сравнении показателей социального здоровья пожилой семьи с показателями социальной адаптации. Авторами с помощью анкетного опроса специалистов социальной сферы и пожилых супругов, выявлено противоречие между потребностями пожилой семьи в признании общественной ценности как значимого социального института и возможностями адаптации в современных условиях. В работе представлена сущностная характеристика социального здоровья пожилой семьи и рассмотрены особенности социальной адаптации пожилой семьи в современном российском обществе. Выявлено, что успешность адаптации пожилой семьи в современном обществе зависит от ряда взаимосвязанных факторов: 1) независимой, безбедной и безопасной жизни; 2) социального здоровья; 3) востребованности; 3) участия в жизни общества (детей, внуков). The relationship between the social health of an elderly family and its adaptability in modern society determines the relevance of the article. The purpose of the scientific work is to compare the indicators of the social health of an elderly family with the indicators of social adaptation. The authors, using a questionnaire survey of social sphere specialists and elderly spouses, revealed a contradiction between the needs of an elderly family in recognizing social value as a significant social institution and the possibilities of adaptation in modern conditions. The paper presents the essential characteristics of the social health of an elderly family and examines the features of the social adaptation of an elderly family in modern Russian society. It is revealed that the success of the adaptation of an elderly family in modern society depends on a number of interrelated factors: 1) independent, comfortable and safe life; 2) social health; 3) demand; 3) participation in the life of society (children, grandchildren).
