Analysis of qualitative properties vehicles

Abstract

The issues of the quality of assembly and repair of the vehicle on the basis of noise and energy characteristics are considered. The level of assembly and repair quality depends on the stability of the geometric dimensions and the material used, the constancy of allowances, the displacement of the centers of cylindrical parts and other defects; the possibility of performing some technological operations with one installation of the product; the distribution of the technological process into separate operations, ensuring approximately equal productivity on each of them; synchronization of technological operations The results of measurements of parts, the density of interfaces of internal combustion engine elements are presented. An estimated indicator of the quality of assembly and repair of the vehicle is given.
