It is found that the trend of power peak, peak frequency, graph and the position of peak and trough are in good agreement, which verifies the correctness of the model. Abstract

FDZ damper is an important component of line conductor to prevent aeolian vibration. Its power characteristics are not only an important basis for judging the performance of FDZ damper, but also an important basis for anti vibration design and improving product design. According to the vibration characteristics of the hammer head of FDZ damper and considering the degrees of freedom of the hammer head in three directions, the theoretical calculation model of FDZ damper is established in this paper. The power characteristic curve obtained by the theoretical model is compared with the power characteristic curve obtained by the experiment. It is found that the trend of power peak, peak frequency, graph and the position of peak and trough are in good agreement, which verifies the correctness of the model.
