Energy Generation Using Water Resources: Greening the Environment

Abstract

One of the major renewable energy sources is hydropower. It provided 50% of the renewable power generation in the U.S. in 2014. There are other energy generators that use water as a source. This paper will examine several of these sources to determine their effectiveness as a renewable energy source and their cost.
