It is used AHM (Attribute Hierarchical Mode) algorithm, CVM (coefficient of variation method) algorithm, and Lagrange multiplier method to establish the AHM-CVM model to evaluate China's economic development from 2010 to 2020 and conclude that the quality of China's economic development has generally continued to improve. Abstract

When the economy is shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development, China needs to explore a new evaluation system to make a more scientific evaluation of the quality of economic development. 基于AHM-CVM算法的中国经济发展评价分析
在经济由高速发展转向高质量发展的过程中,中国需要探索新的评价体系,对经济发展质量进行更加科学的评价。在深入研究中国经济发展特点的基础上,本文选取了经济发展成就、金融发展活力、创新发展水平、财税能力、绿色发展水平、开放发展水平六个评价维度。运用AHM(属性层次模式)算法、CVM(变异系数法)算法和拉格朗日乘数法建立AHM-CVM模型,对2010 - 2020年中国经济发展进行评价,得出中国经济发展质量总体持续提高的结论。财政和绿色发展水平波动较大,开放发展水平逐年下降。
