HIV prevention work with African men who have sex with men: Interventions at the community level

Abstract

Over the last few years Camden PCT has made ground breaking strides in HIV prevention work with African men who have sex with men. This article describes the rationale of these interventions and the projects that were created. Achievements and challenges with this work will be covered, as well as taking stock of what knowledge has been gathered by working with this population. Finally, the perceived knowledge gaps shall be presented with regards to African men who have sex with men.
