Then it proposes a set of methods to calculate the maintenance interval of each preventive maintenance type such as Hard time removal or discard, Functional test and Operational check. Finally, it introduces the calculation steps and the examples. Abstract

The maintenance interval is the basic elements for the preventive maintenance of an airborne product. It is generally determined by using qualitative methods presently. 机载产品维修间隔计算方法的研究
维修间隔是机载产品预防性维修的基本要素。目前一般采用定性方法确定。如何建立一种科学实用的维修间隔计算方法已成为航空领域的一个重要课题。为了解决这一问题,本文首先分析了产品维修深度对产品可靠性的影响,指出非完全维修样本维修前后的可靠性存在相关性,从而对传统的样本信息处理方法进行了更新,建立了基于威布尔分布的产品预防性维修间隔计算模型。在此基础上,提出了硬时间移除或丢弃、功能测试和运行检查等各种预防性维护类型的维护间隔计算方法。最后介绍了计算步骤和算例。实际应用证明,该模型科学、合理、简单、投资少,能满足工程中确定产品维修间隔的需要。
