GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KETUA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DI DESA MOJOPAHIT KECAMATAN PUNGGUR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstract

Leadership can be said as a way of a leader in directing, encouraging, and managing all elements within a group or organization to achieve a desired organizational goal. Thus, as with groups in general. The Women Farmers Group (KWT) also has a leader who is responsible for the group, both for the members and for themselves. In this study the aim was to determine the leadership style used by the head of the KWT in Mojopahit Village. The location of the research was conducted in Mojopahit Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. When data collection was carried out in July 2022. The number of samples in this study was 36 people. The method used is a survey, while to analyze the data using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the leadership style most frequently applied by the chairmen of the women farmer groups in Mojopahit Village was the instructional and consultative leadership style
