Abstract

Indonesia is a vast archipelago and a large sea area. Quoting from the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution states that the purpose of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is to protect the entire Indonesian nation and its homeland. Therefore, defensive aspects need to be taken into special account.
