Abstract

It's difficult to achieve the target temperature control for the continuous casting billet with regular voltage control curve in electromagnetic induction heating process of hot rolling production line. This paper first analyzed billet electromagnetic induction heating mechanism, determined the factors which caused the billet temperature rise, and applied artificial neural network to establish the temperature prediction model. Then, with decoupling the relationship between the billet heating conditions and the voltage curve, this paper applied the random search method to optimize the voltage control curve based on the prediction model. Finally, the actual trial showed that the optimized voltage control curve could achieve a high precision control of the target temperature.
基于BP预测模型的铸坯感应加热过程温度优化控制
