Abstract

In this paper, a TEM Cell up to 1 GHz is designed and developed, including its composition, performance, principle, analysis and calculation, simulation, and solution, etc. Finally, the developed TEM Cell is developed and surface treated. After testing and adjustment, it meets the design requirements.
