Abstract

Urban community health service (the following is short for CHS) is a complex socio-economic system, there are some negative feedback structures that limits to achieve the function of CHS, only remove the restricted factors in the structure, can lead to harmonious development between the CHS organization and community residents. 基于系统动态的社区卫生服务反馈复杂性分析
城市社区卫生服务(以下简称CHS)是一个复杂的社会经济系统,存在一些负反馈结构,限制了CHS功能的实现,只有消除结构中的制约因素,才能实现CHS组织与社区居民之间的和谐发展。本文在对具体CHS中心和CHS站进行系统研究的基础上,分析了江西省城市CHS的困境,运用系统原型的方法构建了制约CHS发展的极限生长原型。在系统科学原理的指导下,运用系统动力学的反馈复杂性原理建立了CHS的结构模型,并提出了相应的促进CHS发展的对策,达到了用系统科学的方法分析CHS发展的目的。
