The rapid transformation of retail sector as an organized business segment shows the importance of supply Chain Management. In this context the progress in developing trust with the customer plays a vital role. In recent years, competency level of retail sectors is influenced by the Supply Chain Design and its performance. With this context, measuring the performance of Supply Chain will impact to yield customer satisfaction with sustainable benefits.
