Abstract

This paper through investigation and research on the whole process of the supply chain of bayberry in mountainous areas. Based on the advanced technology of information science such as blockchain and big data, we have created a complete set of traceability and supervision mechanisms such as the bayberry quality and safety of risk assessment and warning, all round supervision during the entire process, and crisis handling after the incident. In the process, by maintaining public health, ensuring the quality of agricultural products, and promoting industrial development, we have achieved an overall improvement in the living standards of farmers.
