Komunikasi Interpersonal Pengasuh Dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Positif Warga Binaan UPT Tuna Laras

Abstract

: The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the interpersonal communication of caregivers in increasing the positive attitude of the inmates at UPT Tuna Laras Berastagi. The use of interpersonal communication used by caregivers towards the inmates will increase good relations between the two parties. In this study it was found that the use of interpersonal communication used properly will have a considerable impact in improving good relations between caregivers and inmates, with the use of interpersonal communication on a regular basis, the inmates will be more comfortable, open and more active when invited to communicate and interact with caregivers who In this way, an increase in positive attitudes will go hand in hand with an increase in the good relations that are created. The inmates will be more easily directed and taught to work together when carrying out activities, be more disciplined in daily activities, more appreciate and the fostered residents have increased awareness to maintain the facilities and infrastructure that are available at UPT Tuna Laras Berastagi.
