A reliability estimate of 0.61 and 0.76 was obtained using Cronbach alpha. Mean and standard deviation was used in  data analysis. The result revealed a positive influence of succession planning, (x=3.92, SD=0.56) mentoring (x=3.91, SD=0.55)   on school effectiveness. Abstract
