Abstract

The meaning of the term smart city has undergone changes over the last decades. However, smart city services nowadays are gaining popularity worldwide. Russia is not an exception. Today, the possible applications of smart city services cover a wide range of sectors – from energy production, distribution and consumption to sustainable mobility and waste management.
