Abstract
It is an NP-hard problem for prediction of RNA folding structure incuding pseudoknots, we investigate the RNA pseudoknotted structure based on characteristics of the RNA folding structure, and the Basin Hopping Graph as a novel model of RNA folding landscape structures.
