Abstract
This study aims to provide effective method for manual transaction management problems by satisfying the office of student organization's everyday processes. In this time of pandemic, performing manual or physical transactions became a huge challenge for many offices because physical contact and social interactions demands to be minimized. Upon careful analysis of the existing process, it was disclosed that there were several drawbacks in the process which may put student and staff at risk. The goal is to provide an online management information system to perform everyday transactions of the office remotely. The researchers utilized the Agile Software Development approach and devised a Data Flow Diagram to develop the proposed system. The system was evaluated using black box software testing method and results show that the system successfully passed all the requirements ensuring an effective method in managing the transactions of the office via web.
