Abstract

Schmelzmetall Hovadur CNCS is a heat-treatable, copper-nickel-silicon-chromium alloy. In the precipitation hardened condition it exhibits high thermal and electrical conductivity coupled with high strength and high hardness. It is a suitable substitute for copper-beryllium alloys in many applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
