The basic principle adopted in CR based smart grid network to enhance the performance is effectively utilizing the unused spectrum. To improve the reward function a clustering based Fair Channel Allocation (FCA) algorithm among Secondary Users (SU) has been proposed in this paper. By efficiently allocating the channels among the secondary users, the user and channel rewards can be improved. Abstract
