The formulation and dynamic adjustment of production plans are limited by many aspects, including design process, product order requests, manufacturing resource coordination, production process connection and other aspects. On the basis of analyzing the production management process of a manufacturing enterprise, a set of production operation management model, data model and multi-resource dynamic scheduling mechanism is proposed. With multi-layer architecture and Web component development technology, a production management system is established, which provides functions such as order management, composition and decomposition of the production plan, manufacturing resources management and balance, process route planning, production scheduling, manufacturing execution management and so forth, and which has realized that the main functions of ERP and MES meet the demands of the enterprise. Abstract
Making a scientific and reasonable production plan is often a difficult matter in a manufacturing enterprise.
