Abstract

Evolution of wireless technology has made the access of information so easy that has revolutionized many aspects of human race. Upcoming 5G technology is going to play an important role in improvements of business, education and technology. In this work, a double balanced RF CMOS Gilbert cell mixer with inductive source degeneration having RF frequency of 9.9 GHz is designed with Cadence Virtuoso in 180nm CMOS technology. LO frequency is 10 GHz and Intermediate Frequency is 100 MHz.
