Integrated Assessment of Transport Services Quality in Large Cities and Urban Agglomerations

Abstract

In this article, the main parameters which comprise the integrated quality of transport services in large cities are examined. These parameters are availability, reliability, performance, and convenience. Based on the Kolmogorov-Nagumo average, we suggest a method of compiling all qualities into one. The suggested quality assessment can be used in transport systems optimization.
