The reflectarray antenna consists of circularly polarized unit cells etched on a single-layered steel plate. Reconfigurability can be obtained by the rotation of the slits on each unit cell and a full 360° phase tuning range has been achieved. The performance of the reflectarray antenna is evaluated by both full-wave simulation and practical measurements. The measured results demonstrate that the aperture efficiency is about 48% at 10 GHz. Abstract
