Software management and the impact of improved programming technology

Abstract

This paper presents the impact of “Improved Programming Technology” as viewed by a major financial institution. Limitations and/or advantages are discussed in terms of an overview as well as the institution's practical experience. Recommendations as to the most productive elements for initial implementation are also included.
