Abstract

In the context of '3060', carbon peaking and carbon neutrality of the power system is a daunting task. It is a feasible solution to induce the power system to develop in the low carbon direction by establishing a step carbon trading system. This paper establishes the emission reduction interval and step carbon tax model through mathematical methods, and uses suitable functions to portray the carbon peaking and carbon neutral process.
