A Friction Coefficient Principal Component Algorithm of Water Lubricated Bearing Composite Material

Abstract

The statistical analysis algorithm of the mixed Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) bearing (compound bearing) is established based on experimental results measured. The analysis formula of the Nitrile Butadiene Rubber data is derived. According to the experimental results, the main components of the friction coefficient are calculated. The results show that the friction of compound bearing is better than the one of ordinary bearing.
