Abstract

The obtained result confirms that the process of convergence of the first algorithm of Gomorr may be slow in the process of calculating the command resources necessary for the project implementation with the help of models and methods of discrete optimization. Each iteration of algorithms can be interpreted as an intermediate approximated distribution result in project management tasks. This ensures controlled management of the process of forming a team to effectively achieve the objectives of the project.
