Abstract

The article reveals the role and relevance of volunteer activity in the modern student educational environment. Attention is focused on the formation of significant qualities of a student's personality, promising directions of the volunteer movement in Russia are considered. Illustrative examples of student volunteering on the basis of MPSU are given.
