A handover traffic scheme for broadband wireless network handover for heterogeneous traffic is suggested. This scheme is modeled with Markov chain. For suggested queuing model is worked out an algorithm for Markov chain solving. For considered model is suggested algorithms for traffic simulation with imolementation of rare event simulation. Abstract
