The article uses literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, empirical analysis and other research methods, taking female teachers of a college in Xi'an as the research object, and using SPSS data analysis software to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis on specific factors affecting professional women's work-family conflicts. Abstract
In the context of the rapid economic development and the awakening of women's independence consciousness, professional women hold important positions and professional jobs in many fields and bear the tremendous pressure brought about by work-family conflicts. The article uses literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, empirical analysis and other research methods, taking female teachers of a college in Xi'an as the research object, and using SPSS data analysis software to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis on specific factors affecting professional women's work-family conflicts.
