Abstract

In the development of green building design, the ventilation environment has become an important factor affecting the quality of human living. In this paper, PHOENICS is used to simulate the current problems of existing villas in Guangzhou, including large indoor static wind area, unreasonable use of materials, and poor indoor-outdoor ventilation connection, and to study the design of building openings, optimization of material selection, and ecological greening. Thus, it can provide a reference for the ventilation environment of South of the Five Ridges existing buildings in modern energy-saving building application strategies.
基于PHOENICS仿真分析的建筑通风环境优化研究——以广州环球别墅为例
在绿色建筑设计的发展中,通风环境已成为影响人类居住质量的重要因素。本文利用PHOENICS模拟广州市现有别墅室内静风面积大、材料使用不合理、室内外通风连接差等问题,研究建筑开口设计、材料选择优化、生态绿化等问题。从而为岭南既有建筑的通风环境在现代节能建筑应用策略中提供参考。
