The overall sample count was 24 female wistars divided for each group was 6 in 4 treatment groups. SOD level data were measured using the ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immune-Sorbent Assay) method. The data obtained were analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis Test and the Mann Whitney Test. Abstract
