Abstract

This paper tries to inventory the different models used in e-learning trainings (excluding non nationally accredited trainings) for the compensation arrangements of teachers all around the world following a survey we have made. Three different models have been identified. The authors provide recommendations on a solution allowing to keep the teachers involved continuously motivated to be part of an e-learning training.
