To overcome drawbacks and weaknesses of the existing algorithms, the paper analyzes the pseudo-chaotic characteristics of irrational numbers and proposes a completely different algorithm for encryption. Abstract
Strong cryptographic security, short encryption time, and robustness against noise are three goals of cryptosystem.
