Abstract

As a flexible and effective communication system for Non-Native Speakers of English (NNS), English as a Lingua Franca (ELF) is a frequently mentioned concept in the current literature on ELT. This study investigates if the problems encountered in the teaching of English pronunciation to Non-Native English Speakers (NNS) can be alleviated in Bangladesh through the ELF approach.
