Improving simulator training of NPP personnel

Abstract

It is common practice to have a full-scope training simulator for a specific plant or for a group of similar plants. However, use of a Full-Scope Simulator (FSS) for training is not always effective. It becomes more effective if a modular training scheme and more simple simulators are used for pre-FSS training.
