The analysis of the designs of hydraulic turbines is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are considered, the methods of their installation in the turbine chamber, as well as the experimental determination of the efficiency. The results of threedimensional modeling of various types of hydraulic turbines are presented. Abstract
This paper discusses the issues of assessing the prospects for the use of gravitational water vortex hydroelectric power plants. The analysis of the designs of hydraulic turbines is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are considered, the methods of their installation in the turbine chamber, as well as the experimental determination of the efficiency.
