Abstract

The design in short time of analog integrated circuit is becoming difficult along with multi-functionalization of electronic appliances. Thus, the development period is getting longer and longer. However, the demand of society is circuit design in a short time and at low cost. For this reason, automatic design by the computer support is gathering attentions. In this paper, we propose automatic design based on Equation-Based and Characterize results. In the proposed method, all elements value are calculated by using Characterize results. In addition, the experience and knowledge of designer are also considered. Simulation results indicate that circuit design in short time is achieved.
