Abstract

Tomato is a nutritious fruit, grown in Vietnam for more than 100 years, and has high export value. Classification of tomatoes after harvest is still manual by workers. This paper will be applied the innovative method to design a classifier based on color. From the main function of classifying tomatoes, there are 4 sub-functions to be decomposed: feeding, transporting, processing, classifying.
