Abstract

The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technique introduced here, termed interference suppressing OFDM (IS-OFDM), is a point-to-point physical link system for ultra wide bandwidth (UWB) radio channels which has the capability of suppressing narrow-band interference. System performance evaluation has been provided in the presence of narrow band interference, inter-symbol/inter-channel interference, or frequency selective fading.
