Abstract
In this paper, a multi-input voltage-mode min-max circuit is proposed, this circuit is a mixed analog-digital one, which is designed in 0.35 um CMOS technology. The advantages of proposed circuit are low power consumption, simple and symmetrical structure, small area and simple expansion for more inputs.
