Regarding methodology, this study used the descriptive methodology to achieve the research objectives. Five Likert-scale Questionnaires were distributed on a sample of employees to gather the primary data. Results illustrated a significant correlation between e-democracy and quality of work life in Egyptian travel agents. Abstract

The Organizational context has several variables which affect the interaction between employees and management. E-democracy represents the exponential growth in communication technologies that support employees with access to information and decision-making process.
