Abstract

This paper presents a receiver that covers both 26 GHz and 28 GHz frequency bands assigned for 5G applications, e.g. microwave backhauling, fixed wireless access and moving hotspot. It is fabricated in SiGe 130nm BiCMOS technology that provides a high frequency HBT with fT of 230 GHz.
