The researchers used both quantitative and qualitative approach to determine the compliance level of school paper advisers nationwide on the said law. It was revealed in this study that the law was partially complied. Specifically, in terms of funding the training of campus journalists and adviser; selection of advisers and members of the editorial staff; and allocating budget for the production, publication and circulation of the campus paper. Abstract
